User Service Agreement

Welcome to HeartCall (hereinafter referred to as "this application").

Please read this agreement carefully before using this application. By using this application, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agree to all the contents of this agreement.

I. Service Content

This application is a couple's record-keeping and anniversary management tool. Its main functions include:

• Couple's diary entries
• Image and mood saving
• Anniversary countdown
• Contact speed dial
• Local data import/export

The data in this application is stored locally on the user's device by default.

II. User Responsibility

When using this application, users should abide by relevant laws and regulations and must not use this application to:

• Post illegal content
• Infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of others
• Spread malicious information
• Engage in any illegal activities

Users are responsible for the data and content they save.

III. Data and Risk Statement

This application uses a local storage mechanism:

• Data will not be automatically uploaded to the cloud.
• Deleting the application, device damage, or system malfunctions may result in data loss.
