User Service Agreement

Special Note: Before using the services provided by Simu (hereinafter referred to as "this Application"), please carefully read and fully understand all the terms and conditions, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability, apply law, and resolve disputes.

Article 1 Service Content

1.1 Simu provides users with temporary virtual mobile phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes from various internet platforms or applications.

1.2 Users understand and agree that the virtual numbers provided by this Application are public resources and may have been used by others. This Application does not guarantee that all virtual numbers can successfully receive verification codes from specific platforms.

Article 2 User Conduct Guidelines

2.1 Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their country or region when using this service. It is strictly prohibited to use this service for any illegal or criminal activities, including but not limited to:
fraud, money laundering, terrorist activities;
disseminating illegal information such as pornography, violence, and gambling;
infringing on the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, or personal privacy of others;
interfering with or disrupting the normal operation of this Application.

2.2 If a user violates the above provisions, we have the right to immediately terminate the service provided to that user, freeze or cancel their account, and have the right to report to the relevant authorities and transfer relevant evidence. All legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the user.

Article 3 Fees and Payment

3.1 Some services in this application are paid services (such as obtaining virtual numbers for specific countries/platforms). Users must ensure sufficient account balance before purchasing services.

3.2 All payments are completed through Apple App Store's in-app purchase system. The specific deduction standard is subject to the price displayed on the Apple App Store.

Article 4 Disclaimer

4.1 Due to the special nature of network services, users agree that this application has the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all of the network services at any time.

4.2 Users understand that due to the risk control policies of third-party platforms (such as Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.), virtual numbers may be unable to register, be banned, or unable to receive SMS messages. This application does not guarantee the availability or durability of third-party accounts registered using virtual numbers.

4.3 If the user does not receive the SMS within the specified time (usually 20 minutes), the system will automatically refund the service fee to the user's App account balance. However, this does not constitute additional compensation to the user.

Article 5 Intellectual Property Rights All copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights of Simu, as well as all information content related to Simu (including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, charts, interface design, code, etc.), are protected by law and belong to Simu or relevant rights holders.
