App Store Payment and Subscription Terms

  1. Payment Channels
    All virtual goods in this application (Simu) (including but not limited to coins, SMS verification code usage packages, membership subscriptions, etc.) are paid for through Apple Inc.'s App Store In-App Purchase (IAP) system. Users must use a payment method associated with their Apple ID (such as Alipay, WeChat Pay, bank card, etc.) for settlement.
  2. Billing and Subscriptions

One-time Purchase: After purchasing SMS verification code usage packages or coins, Apple will deduct the payment from your Apple ID account upon confirmation of the purchase.

Auto-Renewing Subscription (if applicable): If you choose to purchase an auto-renewing subscription service, Apple will deduct the fee for the next period from your Apple ID account within 24 hours before the end of each renewal period.

Pricing Notes: All prices displayed in this application are Apple App Store prices and may vary in different regions due to exchange rates or Apple's pricing strategies.

  1. Refund Policy

In-App Automatic Refund: For single-use SMS verification code services, if the user does not receive the SMS within 20 minutes of obtaining the number, the system will automatically trigger a refund, returning the cost of that SMS verification code to your app account balance for future use.

Apple Official Refund: For payments already deducted through Apple's IAP system (such as topping up coins or purchasing subscription plans), Simu's operators cannot directly process refund requests. If you need to request a refund, please follow Apple's official refund process:
Visit the Apple Report an Issue page (reportaproblem.apple.com);
Log in with your Apple ID;
Select "Request a Refund" and state your reason.

Finally, Apple reserves the right to approve the refund.

  1. Subscription Management

If you have purchased an auto-renewal service, you can turn it off at any time in your Apple ID settings. Please turn it off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period to avoid being charged for the next period.

  1. Terms of Use Confirmation
    Completing your purchase indicates your agreement to these payment terms and Simu's "User Service Agreement". We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time, and the modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication in the App.
